Hi, I’m Vanessa, a mother of three with a lifelong love of Yoga since a teen, and a passion for strength training in the last 15 years. My real fitness & healing journey started about 12 years ago when I lost over 100 pounds! It wasn’t until after children that I stepped up my game and discovered Pilates, which I’ve been teaching for over 2 years now, and the correlation with pelvic floor health after kids. I’ve also found Reiki and Meditation to be great additions on my healing journey, which lead me to become a Reiki Master and Sound Therapist. I am always expanding my knowledge and keeping my education up-to-date, which is why I am currently taking my personal training certification to assist you better with knowledge and skills!

My goal is to inspire others and build their confidence, on and off the mat, and let them know that anything is possible. Change doesn’t come through complacency, it comes through our own personal challenges and consistency. I want everyone to know that they are capable of feeling confident in their own body, not just physically, but emotionally AND mentally too.
